Can I pick up my merchandise locally?
Of course. Though we are an online company, we still welcome and can arrange a local pick up. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss further.
How long does it take for merchandise to arrive?
This ultimately depends on the shipping method and your location. Some of our product is finished in Canada and some in the United States. Within Canada and the US please allow 5-14 business days after a handling time of up to 8 days. Overseas locations may take longer, and could take up to 6 to 8 weeks with ground shipping.
Note: Items shipped outside of their country of fulfillment can be subject to possible customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please read each item's description carefully for it's origin of fulfillment.

What t-shirt brand do you print on?
We proudly print on deluxe weight, 100% combed, super-soft, ring-spun cotton or cotton/poly blends. Youth and Juvenile are printed on premium super-soft 100% cotton, ring spun cotton or cotton/poly blends.
How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?
We recommend you turn the shirt inside out, machine wash cold on gentle cycle then tumble dry low or hang dry with no ironing. Since all shirts have some percentage of cotton in them, allow for minor shrinkage.
Do you print your own shirts?
We design all our own shirts, however we leave the screen printing to the experts. All shirts are tagless, with custom printed collar tags. Screen printed shirts are printed right down the road in Waterloo, ON at Mean Screens Custom Screen Printing.
DTG printed tees are completed by our US fulfillment partner and drop-shipped from either their North Carolina or California based production facilities.

What is your return policy?
Size exchanges and returns will only be considered for products shipped from our Canadian location in Ontario, Canada and NOT from our US fulfillment center so be sure to check on each item's product page for the origin of shipping of that item and check our product sizing charts to be sure of proper sizing. Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense. Once your item is received by us, if it is deemed an error on our part, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost to you.

Do you have gift cards?
